Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Brave. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pro-actively seek out and research businesses within the commercial sector to develop a sales pipeline.
  • Review and identify the commercial insurance needs of high-net-worth prospects and advise on insurance products.
  • Utilize your training, support, and resources to develop an in-depth understanding of your target commercial sectors and the associated insurance products.
  • Hand over new clients to the customer-focused team of Service, Claims, and Account Management colleagues, ensuring that the new business you've generated is well looked after and retained come renewal.

Requirements:

  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is essential.
