Job Title: Account Manager

Thrive Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing relationships with existing clients, and providing general operational support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing new clients and developing existing client relationships through phone and email communication
  • Dealing with leads and sales enquiries, gathering information to provide quotations and estimates
  • Order processing, arranging deliveries, and stock management
  • Following up with clients to progress orders
Requirements:
  • Strong B2B customer service or sales experience, with order/stock experience
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Experience in manufacturing, agriculture, or construction is preferred
  • Exposure to technical product ranges or equipment repairs is beneficial
  • Excellent IT skills, including CRM systems
