Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Business Development Manager to join our team at Brave. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the commercial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop a sales pipeline.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and businesses to understand their commercial insurance needs.
  • Utilize your knowledge and expertise to advise clients on insurance products and develop tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with our customer-focused team to ensure seamless handovers and retention of new business.

Requirements

  • UK Driving License and access to own vehicle is essential.
  • Previous experience working with High-Net-Worth individuals is essential.
  • Previous experience working in a targeted sales environment is essential.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Strong IT literacy.
