Universal Business Team (UBT) Recruitment is partnering with a well-established, privately owned company based in Chippenham. They are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Business Development Executive to contribute to their expanding team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify, cultivate, and nurture leads, guiding them through the process until they reach a stage ready for handover to the business development team. You will also provide support in converting these qualified leads into valuable customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and assess sales leads with precision
  • Maintain meticulous records of all lead interactions and follow-up activities within the CRM system
  • Actively contribute to marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Foster seamless communication and collaboration between the sales and marketing teams, ensuring a unified approach to lead generation
  • Work closely with sales representatives to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads for conversion
