We are currently seeking an Access Management Specialist to assist the Chief Information Security Officer in overseeing and reporting on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within our Technology Services and Business divisions.

The Access Management Specialist will be responsible for implementing access controls, including conducting user access evaluations, managing the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts, and overseeing role-based access controls (RBAC).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating access for new hires, transfers, and terminations, working collaboratively with various teams across the organization to ensure users have the necessary access to perform their job functions.
  • Conducting regular access recertification and follow-up actions to ensure that access rights and privileges are modified in accordance with line manager confirmations.
  • Leading initiatives and playing a vital role in assisting users to develop the skills required for identity self-management.
  • Preparing for and supporting both internal and external audits related to access controls and IAM practices.
  • Generating and analyzing reports on access control activities, incidents, and compliance status.
  • Identifying and addressing risks associated with identity and access management.
  • Formulating, implementing, and maintaining IAM policies, standards, and procedures to ensure alignment with organizational processes.
  • Creating and delivering training sessions and materials for end-users and IT personnel.
  • Continuously enhancing IAM processes and technologies to improve security and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Expertise in IAM-related tools and platforms such as Active Directory, SailPoint, CyberArk, Microsoft Azure AD, and basic PowerShell scripting.
  • Understanding of role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and discretionary access control (DAC).
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles and practices.
  • Familiarity with regulations and standards such as GDPR, NIST, and ISO.
  • Ability to analyze access control data to detect patterns and anomalies.
  • Skills in performing root cause analysis of security incidents related to IAM.
  • Experience in promptly resolving IAM-related incidents and challenges.
  • Capability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Commitment to staying informed about the latest IAM technologies and trends and applying them to enhance security and efficiency.
