Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team at Brook Street. As an Administrative Support Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to our department, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering calls, responding to emails, and handling correspondence.
- Filing and Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, and manage data using our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
- Reception Duties: Staff our reception area, greeting visitors and internal staff, and signing them in.
- Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Project Support: Provide project administrative support, including creating and emailing out reports, and capturing data.
Requirements:
- Administrative Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, with a strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
