About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Quality Business Administration Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced office environment, providing administrative support to our team.

The successful candidate will have a high standard of administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach. They will be responsible for managing multiple diaries, preparing for business meetings, and providing administrative support to the team.

We provide mental health, learning disability, and neurodiversity services, as well as specialist and secure services for the wider south west region and nationally. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple diaries and prepare for business meetings
  • Provide administrative support to the team
  • Prepare and review associated documents, such as action logs
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Meet deadlines and work under pressure
Requirements
  • Business or professional qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience
  • Advanced knowledge of administrative procedures, including diary management and arranging appointments
  • Experience of creating electronic records and electronic filing systems
  • Ability to manage a diverse workload and work in a busy environment
