About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Coordinator to join our vibrant and fast-paced office. The successful candidate will have a high standard of administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple diaries and minute and prepare for service governance level business meetings, including forward planning, distribution of papers, taking formal minutes, and preparing and reviewing associated documents such as action logs.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including creating electronic records, electronic filing systems, and managing diverse workloads.
  • Work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, exercising initiative, and judgment without direct supervision.

Person Specification
  • Business/professional qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of a range of administrative procedures, including diary management and arranging appointments.
  • Experience of creating electronic records, electronic filing systems, and managing diverse workloads.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks, exercising initiative, and judgment without direct supervision.
