We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. This is a challenging and varied role that requires a high standard of administrative skills, good attention to detail, and a flexible approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple diaries and minute and prepare for service governance level business meetings, including forward planning, distribution of papers, taking formal minutes, and preparing and reviewing associated documents.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including creating electronic records, electronic filing systems, and managing diverse workloads.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.
