Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple diaries and minute and prepare for service governance level business meetings, including forward planning, distribution of papers, taking formal minutes, and preparing and reviewing associated documents.
- Provide administrative support to the team, including creating electronic records, electronic filing systems, and managing diverse workloads.
- Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including colleagues, managers, and external partners.
