We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Therapy and Nursing teams, ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Therapy and Nursing teams, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and preparing reports.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including patient information, staff rotas, and inventory control.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, patients, and external agencies, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, events, and training sessions, including preparing agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with staff, patients, and external agencies, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
