As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients in Ivybridge and surrounding areas, helping them maintain their independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide companionship and wellbeing support to our clients, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their overall wellbeing.
  • Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care, ensuring our clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Help clients access their community by accompanying them to appointments, shops, and other activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.40 (Monday to Friday) and £12.40 (weekends), with double time on bank holidays.

Requirements:
