Key Responsibilities:- Provide companionship and wellbeing support to our clients, fostering meaningful relationships and promoting their overall wellbeing.
- Assist with everyday tasks, such as cooking, light housework, and personal care, ensuring our clients' physical and emotional needs are met.
- Help clients access their community by accompanying them to appointments, shops, and other activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
- A competitive hourly rate of £11.40 (Monday to Friday) and £12.40 (weekends), with double time on bank holidays.
- Local 24-hour office support, ensuring you have the resources and guidance you need to excel in your role.
- A dedicated mentor and shadow shifts, helping you develop your skills and confidence.
- Award-winning paid training, equipping you with the knowledge and expertise to deliver exceptional care.
- Paid travel of up to an hour between visits, allowing you to work efficiently and effectively.

- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle, due to the remote location of many of our clients.
