About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Support Worker to join our team at a leading Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in North West London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Support Worker to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people, providing individualized support and guidance to help them overcome their challenges.

About the School

The school provides a specialist provision for students with complex needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties.

The school's holistic approach to learning focuses on the child's overall well-being, encouraging participation in a range of sporting events and clubs, and other extra-curricular activities that promote social and personal skills.

About You

We are looking for a strong, confident, and compassionate individual who is passionate about working with vulnerable youth.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support and guidance to students, helping them to make good progress in key areas.

You will need to be flexible and willing to take on all challenges, with a minimum of 6 months' school-based experience.
