We are seeking a highly skilled Social Care Specialist to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our Adults First Response Team, you will be responsible for providing short-term interventions, devising packages of care, and managing a caseload of adults.

The ideal candidate will have post-qualifying experience working within a Qualified Social Worker - Adults First Response Team and will be able to undertake assessments of care needs, attend multi-disciplinary meetings, and complete Best Interest Assessments.

As a member of our well-structured and organized team, you will have the opportunity to grow your skills and experience in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Short-term interventions
  • Devising packages of care
  • Managing a caseload of adults
  • Undertaking assessments of care needs
  • Attending multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Completing Best Interest Assessments

Requirements:

  • HCPC Registration
  • 1 year post-qualifying experience within the UK Social Care industry
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (we can obtain for you)
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
