Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and adaptable Supportive Care Companion to join our team in Hanwell, London. As a Personal Assistant, you will provide vital support to a young graduate with Arthrogryposis, ensuring their daily needs are met with care and dignity.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £160 per day, with 5.6 weeks' holiday pro rata. You will also receive comprehensive training on the client's specific needs and requirements.

Job Description
  • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Facilitate health care needs, including administering medication and using medical equipment.
  • Provide support with daily living activities like cooking, shopping, and household chores.
  • Promote social engagement and participation in activities that bring joy and fulfillment.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A calm, patient, and caring demeanor.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical fitness and flexibility to meet the demands of the role.
  • A full UK driving license is preferred but not essential.
