Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Professional to join our team at Creative Support Ltd. This role involves providing support to older adults in their daily lives, helping them maintain a healthy state of wellbeing, mentally, physically and emotionally.

About the Role

As a Support Professional, you will be responsible for supporting individuals to achieve their life goals, empower them to be happy, healthy and successful. You will work closely with our team to provide person-centred care, ensuring that each individual receives tailored support that meets their unique needs.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience working in a dynamic and supportive environment. Our team is passionate about delivering high-quality care that prioritises the well-being and dignity of our service users.

Requirements
  • Prior experience in a care setting is necessary, with a proven track record of providing person-centred care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, as required by the rota.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits. Our organisation is committed to investing in the development of our staff, offering opportunities for training and career progression.
