As an Extra Care Senior Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that empowers clients and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement.

You will be expected to assist the Extra Care Registered Manager in the operational management of the service, ensuring that the care provided meets the needs and preferences of each client. This will involve working collaboratively with Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure that the highest standards of care are provided.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in services for older people, people with dementia and memory loss, and a warm, person-centered approach. Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
