About You

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with volunteers (recruiting and training);
  • Experience delivering a successful project or service;
  • Experience working with, and relating to, people from a wide variety of backgrounds;
  • Experience of monitoring and evaluation;
  • Knowledge and understanding of the particular issues facing older people;
  • An understanding of risk assessment procedures, health & safety, and safeguarding issues;

The successful applicant will be required to undergo an enhanced DBS check. This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate professional to join our innovative organisation and make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a range of benefits, including hybrid working, flexible leave arrangements, and access to training opportunities.
