Term Time Gymnastics Coaching Expert

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with children and young people, providing gymnastics sessions in extracurricular environments.
As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching sessions, ensuring that participants receive coaching at a level appropriate to their ability and support needs. You will also develop relationships with participants, teaching staff, support workers, carers, parents, and other key partners/stakeholders to ensure effective session delivery.
In addition to coaching, you will assist in running our Tumble Bees Programmes out of Gunnersbury Park Sports Hub, working predominantly in our Ealing locations and helping to build our offering. You will have the option to gain more hours in other areas across West London.
To succeed in this role, you will require a minimum Level 2 Gymnastics coaching qualification (any discipline), Safeguarding certificate, Emergency Aid certificate, and Current DBS. You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships. Experience in planning and delivering gymnastics sessions in extracurricular environments, as well as understanding and commitment to physical education sport and long-term athlete development, is essential.
The salary for this role is £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to making a positive impact, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver gymnastics sessions with flexibility to ensure all participants receive coaching at a level appropriate to their ability and support needs

• Work predominantly in our Ealing locations and help build our offering

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, concerns, and actions taken
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a cohesive approach to safeguarding
