About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Education Program Manager to oversee the delivery of gymnastics and extracurricular gymnastic sessions to children and young people in our Ealing locations.

The successful candidate will have a minimum Level 2 Gymnastics coaching qualification and experience in planning and delivering gymnastics sessions in extracurricular environments. They will also be able to work under their own initiative and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary: £20 per hour (12.80 - 16.22 per annum)

Main Responsibilities:

  • To manage the delivery of gymnastics and extracurricular gymnastic sessions.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including participants, teaching staff, support workers/carers, parents, and other key partners.
  • To monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
