Senior Education Projects Manager

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior Education Projects Manager to lead the development and delivery of our education programmes. The successful candidate will have experience in managing teams, developing programme curricula, and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders.
Responsibilities include leading the design and development of sessions and activities, managing a small caseload of young people, and providing mental wellbeing support. The role also involves working closely with colleagues in the Education Team to achieve shared goals and directly line-managing one staff member.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of education principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. A teaching qualification or coaching qualification would be advantageous.
