We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics sessions to children and young people in extracurricular environments.

You will work closely with the Gymnastics Lead and coaching team to develop and implement gymnastics programs that meet the needs of our participants.

About the Role:

  • To provide gymnastics sessions with flexibility to cater to participants' needs and abilities.
  • Deliver Gymnastics & Dance PE Lessons for primary age children.
  • Develop relationships with participants, teaching staff, support workers, carers, parents, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective session delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, concerns, and actions taken.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to create a cohesive approach to safeguarding.
  • Participate in training sessions related to safeguarding and emergency response.
  • Report any safeguarding concerns promptly to the appropriate authorities or designated personnel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Level 2 Gymnastics coaching qualification (any discipline).
  • Safeguarding certificate.
  • Emergency Aid certificate.
  • Current DBS.
  • Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain good working relationships.
  • Experience in planning and delivering gymnastics sessions in extracurricular environments.
  • Ability to travel to various workplaces within West London using own transport.
  • Flexible to work outside normal office hours, e.g., Breakfast Clubs, Afterschool Clubs, and Evenings.

Estimated Salary Range:£20 per annum (£12.80 - £16.22 per hour).
