• You will be providing companionship and wellbeing support to our clients, helping them feel happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes.

• Responsibilities may include helping clients with everyday tasks, such as cooking a meal, light housework, and assisting with personal care.

• You will also help clients access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments, promoting their independence and social interaction.

• In return, you will receive a competitive hourly rate of £11.40 per hour for Monday to Friday and £12.40 per hour for weekends, with double time on bank holidays.

• We also offer a range of benefits, including local 24-hour office support, a dedicated mentor, award-winning paid training, paid travel, a pension scheme, holiday pay, and access to a health assurer employee assistance programme.
