Job Summary:

As a Complex Needs Support Worker with Pin Point Health & Social Care, you will play a vital role in providing holistic support to women with multiple needs. Our Specialist Refuge offers a safe and empowering environment, where you will work closely with clients to identify and address their support requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide a welcoming and supportive environment for women with complex needs
* Promote a trauma-informed culture, ensuring that women's needs are at the forefront of service delivery
* Conduct high-quality assessments, using a psychologically informed framework that prioritizes recovery and individual strengths
* Work with clients to co-produce 'Safety Plans' and 'Strengths and Aspirations' documents

Requirements:

* Understanding and compliance with Children and Adult safeguarding legislation
* Ability to provide domestic abuse support and risk management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
