Catalyst Partners is collaborating with a pioneering FTSE 100 organisation to find an experienced Reward Specialist to drive their total reward priorities and deliver innovative solutions across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive reward policies, encompassing base salary, annual bonuses, long-term incentives, benefits, and recognition programs.
- Design and implement short and long-term incentive plans, as well as sales incentive structures, to align with business objectives.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships with HR and the broader business to ensure effective total reward solutions.
- Support Remuneration Committee activities, including the preparation of relevant materials, within a UK-listed company.
- Provide expertise on executive compensation, including benchmarking, long-term incentive plans, and share plan valuation.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to shape the total reward strategy of a leading FTSE 100 organisation and contribute to their transformation journey.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in reward policy development, incentive plan design, and total reward strategy.
- Strong understanding of UK-listed company remuneration practices and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with HR and the business.
- Ability to prepare high-quality materials for Remuneration Committee activities.
- Knowledge of executive compensation and share plan valuation.
