Job Title: Rewards Specialist

Investigo is seeking a skilled Rewards Specialist to provide interim support for a 6-month project. The successful candidate will work closely with our client, a leading Facilities Management company, to deliver a range of tasks related to job grading and pay review.

Project Overview

The client is introducing a Global Grading framework to create a common language and infrastructure across the globe. This will involve job slotting, job sizing and grading, and the design of standardized benefits and salary bandings. The Rewards Specialist will play a key role in administering and seeing through the annual pay review cycle and bonus programs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct a pragmatic job slotting exercise for front-line operative roles (~20,000)
  2. Complete job sizing and grading for salaried population (+6,000)
  3. Design a proposal for companies' approach to standardized benefits and salary bandings linked to new job architecture
  4. Support the Annual Pay Review process and 2025 bonus launch
  5. Maintain data ahead of the transition to Success Factors in Q4 2025
Deliverables

The Rewards Specialist will be responsible for delivering the following:

  1. Implementation of the job architecture across two key groups, salaried and front line (~26,000)
  2. Proposal on standardized benefits and salary bandings
  3. Support with the cyclical reward processes (Annual Pay Review & Bonus)
