About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our team at Aviva. As a key member of our group reward team, you will play a critical role in supporting the design and delivery of our reward strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Aviva Investors Reward and Aviva Investors Reward Consultant in the design and delivery of our reward strategy.
  • Work with the wider Aviva Investors People Function and Group Reward team to identify Material Risk Takers (MRTs) and complete regulatory disclosures across the Aviva UK businesses.
  • Contribute to the development of reward practices in a dynamic competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver a wide scope of activities and opportunities to work with different stakeholders daily.
Requirements
  • Experience of job evaluation, salary review management, bonus design, project management, and benefits design.
  • Technical knowledge of pay benefits and compensation issues with related legislation and practice.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and resolve complex reward issues.
  • Relationship management skills and experience of working as a 'partner' to the business.
  • Excellent numerical/analytical skills and IT skills.
What We Offer
  • Salary: c.£50,000 (national) / c.£75,000 (London)
