Reward Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Reward Specialist to join our People Services and Transformation Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist advice and guidance on our total reward approach, including pay, reward, and recognition.
About the Role- Lead on the successful implementation of our annual pay/remuneration award
- Provide advice and recommendations to the Head of People Services & Transformation, Talent & Reward Business Partners, and our managers on pay and talent retention against our career level framework and where St John Ambulance sits relative to our competitors
- Undertake salary surveys and pay benchmarking exercises for hard-to-fill or specialist roles or to support the creation of new bids
- Work with key internal stakeholders to analyse, plan, and submit recommendations for our annual pay/remuneration award, providing recommendations and guidance that take into account market trends, cost of living, and SJA competitors
To be successful in this role, you will need to be educated to GCSE level or equivalent, including Maths & English, and have a minimum of 5 years of experience in implementing reward strategies, practices, and new initiatives. You will also need to be able to build effective relationships both internally and externally, with the ability to influence and challenge.
