Job Title: National Sales Manager

Job Summary:

Elevate Recruitment and Training Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our team. As a National Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing accounts, delivering a partnership that ensures long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering targeted sales growth of an existing portfolio of high-end clients (predominantly large hotel and restaurant groups).
  • Building and strengthening relationships with decision-makers.
  • Daily management of portfolio, handling all high-level customer queries and requests.
  • Extensive prior experience of successful sales within the food industry - with a proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business.
  • Strong interest and knowledge of the UK Food / Hospitality industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen with strengths in reporting, numeracy, and budgeting.
  • Creative initiative with a strength in problem-solving.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior experience as a Business Development Manager, Business Development Executive, Account Manager, Sales Manager, or Category Manager.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive package that includes a basic salary of between £50-60K, a KPI-related Bonus, Car Allowance, and staff discount.
