About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Trainee Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic and established team at Connells Group HQ. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Property Valuation and Viewing Appointments: Book property valuations and viewing appointments for our estate agency branches through outbound calls, ensuring seamless communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively generate leads through outbound calls and follow-ups to help maximise sales opportunities and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and patience in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly over the phone.
  • Sales Experience: Have at least 2 years of experience within a call centre, customer service, sales, estate agency, or similar role.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrate a results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and goals.
  • Customer Care: Possess outstanding customer care and customer service experience.
  • Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated, confident, and approachable, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
