The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator to join our dynamic team in Dunstable. In this role, you will play a key part in driving sales success by marketing properties, liaising with clients, and building strong relationships within the local community.

Your Responsibilities

  • Marketing properties effectively to attract potential buyers
  • Liaising with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the sales process
  • Negotiating offers and agreements on behalf of our clients
  • Maintaining a high level of customer service and exceeding client expectations
  • Building rapport with new and existing clients to foster long-term relationships

Your Profile

  • Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator, ideally with a track record of success
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to delivering outstanding client experiences
  • A resilient, positive, and highly organized individual with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
