  • Onboarding and Transfers: Ensure onboarding, transfers, and payments are completed by the middle office function, meeting strict deadlines.
  • Data Gathering and Reporting: Gather and report data for client review meetings, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Client Administration: Ensure client administration is completed to set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Investment Managers are kept up to date on progress.
  • Suitability Reviews: Gather data for suitability reviews, ensuring accurate and timely information.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in managing client administration processes in a Financial Services background, particularly in Investment or Wealth Management.
  • Ability to build and retain relationships with Investment Managers and other third parties, ensuring a first-class client service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with flexibility to work from home or in the office.
