Flexible Work Environment

Compensation: £40,000 + Attractive bonus structure + additional benefits

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance client satisfaction and drive growth in partnership with creative, production, strategy, and social teams.
  • Organize and participate in client events, fostering relationships with existing clients and potential leads.
  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline, generating leads and securing new partnerships.
  • Utilize professional networks to demonstrate expertise and promote agency services.
  • Create tailored proposals, attend industry gatherings, and pinpoint market opportunities.
  • Work closely with our Client Services team to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Achieve and surpass quarterly and annual sales objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, project oversight, content strategy, and digital marketing.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a proven history in lead generation and successful conversions.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic insight.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to juggle multiple clients and projects concurrently.
  • Self-driven, ambitious, and a collaborative team player.
