In collaboration with clients and our internal teams, your primary role as our Sales Growth Strategist will involve identifying and securing new business opportunities as well as fostering repeat business within existing and new accounts across the Pharma, MedTech, and Biotech sectors.
In addition to the above, as our Sales Growth Strategist, you will be tasked with:- Cultivating and sustaining an extensive understanding of client accounts, enabling you to grasp their brand strategies, priorities, and requirements, transforming them into business prospects;
- Anticipating client needs and formulating and presenting tailored solutions to complex business challenges;
- Leveraging long-term relationships with clients to act as a trusted advisor;
- Initiating and overseeing the development of significant deals with clients for their solutions;
- Regularly updating the CRM system regarding opportunity pipelines and call strategies;
- Collaborating with the broader HSJ team to facilitate cross-selling and upselling opportunities;
- A strong passion for data, insights, and the value they contribute to all facets of business
- Assist us in transforming breaking news into healthcare intelligence across editorials and events, enabling our clients to engage more effectively with the NHS.
