Sales Growth Strategist

The Sales Growth Strategist drives revenue expansion and sales performance through the identification, engagement, and acquisition of new clients within a designated territory. This involves developing new business opportunities, aligning company products and services with customer needs, and delivering against set sales goals and metrics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- 3+ years of front-line sales experience, preferably in a highly transactional B2B sales environment with a consistent track record of hitting sales targets
Key Skills:
- Intellectual agility and curiosity, with a willingness to continually learn about the product and customer
- Excellent communication and selling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior executives
- Active listening skills, with the ability to respond to customers in a manner that improves mutual understanding
- Organization and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage a series of diverse and complex sales activities
- Persistence and resilience, with the ability to overcome setbacks and disappointments
Preferred Qualifications:
- Business acumen, with the ability to use knowledge of the business environment and IT to engage customers
- Self-awareness, with a self-motivated and aware of one's strengths and areas of development
- Experience in an advisory, information, and business services organization
