We are seeking a seasoned Business Growth Strategist to join our client, a small yet impactful Certified B Corp scale-up business with ambitious goals in combating e-waste and expanding its footprint. The business specializes in recycling technology from businesses, purging data from devices and refurbishing and redeploying reliable and affordable devices to schools, charities, and SMEs, empowering more children and adults to thrive in a digital world whilst reducing electronic waste.

About the Role:

  • Commercial mindset with success in complex enterprise, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • A significant track record in demand generation, in a B2B environment for a smaller brand. Ideally you will have experienced rapid growth from c. £2m to turnover of x10 this size.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • A track record of cross selling/upselling.
  • You constantly look for ways to improve the sales process, making it more efficient.
  • Highly desirable - experience of working in ITAD, sustainable technology lifecycle solutions, IT services, consumer electronics, trade sales, mobile, OEM distribution.
