About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Strategist to join our team at Oho Group Ltd. As a key member of our Engineering and Growth Teams, you will play a crucial role in driving the evolution of our products and making a real impact in the health tech and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with our Engineering Team to design and implement data-driven growth strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences.
  • Work closely with our founders and CTO to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to capitalize on them.
  • Design and execute experiments to test hypotheses and inform growth strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and apply this knowledge to drive business results.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in a growth team or as a growth strategist.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with a strong foundation in software engineering.
  • A track record of collaborating effectively within a dynamic, highly-skilled engineering team in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in your specialization area (Frontend, Backend, etc).
  • Professional experience in A/B testing.
  • The ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and embrace challenges outside your comfort zone.
  • Proven expertise in delivering end-to-end features, from initial architecture design through to deployment, testing, and ongoing support.
  • Strong AWS and React Native.
