Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development/Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Business Development/Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry experience in labelling and/or packaging
  • Experience working with CRM systems
  • Full, clean driving license
