The Role: We're seeking a dynamic Shopper Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll be responsible for developing and executing retail marketing strategies that drive shopper centricity and brand prosperity. You'll work closely with various teams to create bespoke retailer support plans, manage POS and ecommerce activations, and build strong relationships with key retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute retail marketing strategies that drive shopper centricity and brand prosperity
  2. Create bespoke retailer support plans to drive sales and customer engagement
  3. Manage POS and ecommerce activations to maximize brand visibility and sales
  4. Build strong relationships with key retail partners to drive business growth and customer loyalty
  5. Support the sales team with materials and insights to drive sales and customer engagement

Requirements:

  1. Degree in Marketing or Business
  2. Over 5 years of experience in shopper or trade marketing within FMCG or Consumer Goods
  3. Strong commercial acumen and excellent communication skills
  4. Passion for innovative thinking and a knack for driving business growth
  5. Experience with major UK retail customers and ecommerce outlets is a plus
