Brand Marketing Director

Designer Parfums Ltd is a dynamic global fragrance company seeking a skilled Brand Marketing Director to champion and drive the image and profitability of our brands in the UK market.
Job Purpose:
To plan, budget, and implement marketing activities that align with global and local objectives, under the supervision of the UK Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the UK marketing calendar, ensuring alignment with agreed budgets and guidelines from License/Global brand.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to maximize brand potential in all retailers and develop specific plans where necessary.
- Build and maintain relationships with License/global brand teams, providing regular updates and insights.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop relevant artwork briefs and ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor and optimize A&P spend to maximize brand profitability and effectiveness.
- Define media strategies, brief agencies, and oversee implementation.
- Manage UK stock requirements for marketing initiatives, working closely with the demand planning team.
- Present marketing programs and provide sales and trade marketing teams with necessary tools to engage with retailers.
- Liaise with License/global brand teams and other company functions to perform duties.
- Stay up-to-date on retail and consumer trends, analyzing market and brand activity.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, budgets, stock management, and strategic promotional activities.
- Ability to balance License/global brand needs with UK market requirements.
- Highly organized, flexible, and able to multitask.
- Creative thinker with a passion for marketing.
