Brand Marketing Director

Proximity Recruitment is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join a dynamic global brand in Hertfordshire. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and implement marketing strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
- Manage the PR programme through a reputable PR agency, ensuring effective communication and brand representation.
- Oversee the national paid advertising programme, working closely with the media agency to optimize campaign performance.
- Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
- Support local and regional teams with tactical marketing initiatives to attract, engage, and retain customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers, including creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, media, merchandise, graphic designers, and AV.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience across the customer journey.
- Create, develop, and manage marketing assets, including multi-channel campaigns and integrated marketing initiatives.
- Manage the national media programme and organic social channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Oversee the national charity partnership programme, fostering strong relationships with charitable organizations.
- Lead a team of 4, including a Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Executives, providing guidance and support to drive marketing success.
