Proximity Recruitment is seeking a talented Brand Marketing Manager to join a dynamic global brand in Hertfordshire. This role offers a unique blend of creativity, commercial acumen, and hybrid working arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to develop and implement marketing strategies, supporting national retail calendars, campaigns, and local initiatives.
  • Manage the PR programme through a reputable agency, ensuring effective communication and brand representation.
  • Oversee the national paid advertising programme, working closely with the media agency to optimize results.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing activities, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
  • Support local and regional teams with tactical marketing initiatives, focusing on customer attraction, engagement, and retention.
  • Nurture relationships with key suppliers, including creative agencies, print and stock management, PR, media, merchandise, graphic designers, and AV providers.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience across the customer journey.
  • Develop and manage marketing assets, ensuring consistency and brand alignment.
  • Manage the national media programme and organic social channels, creating engaging content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Oversee the national charity partnership programme, fostering meaningful relationships and driving positive impact.
  • Design and execute multi-channel, integrated marketing campaigns, supporting the marketing team to deliver across channels for all customer groups.
  • Lead a team of 4, including a Social Media Manager, Marketing Assistant, and Executives, providing guidance and mentorship to drive success.
