Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our team at Bio-Rad Laboratories, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing end-to-end payroll for EMEA countries with utmost confidentiality of employee records and business information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for EMEA countries with accuracy and timeliness
  • Work closely with third-party payroll providers to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Identify and drive continuous performance improvement projects to improve payroll accuracy, compliance, productivity, and employee satisfaction
  • Prepare global payroll data for payroll processing by third-party payroll administration partners
  • Perform audits and validations of payroll transactions
  • Maintain confidentiality of payroll, private employee information, and proprietary information
Requirements
  • 6-8 years of experience in international payroll administration in Shared Services center environment
  • French Speaker Mandatory and previous experience of managing French Payroll
  • Experience in working with third-party payroll services providers, such as ADP
  • Technical background on dealing with Time and Attendance system, Payroll and HRIS systems interfaces
  • Experience in payroll system implementation – data validation and data analysis
  • Understanding of SOX Compliance controls for Payroll processes
  • Another European Language will be preferable - mainly Italian or Spanish other languages such as French/German
  • Basic knowledge of payroll accounting
