As we strive to establish ourselves as Europe's premier independent IT service provider, we are eager to expand our solutions team in Networking and Security by bringing on board an outstanding Lead Solutions Consultant.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Solution Sales Specialists to guide clients in selecting appropriate technologies, leveraging Computacenter's Professional Services, and fostering enduring trusted advisor relationships with some of the largest enterprises globally.
Key Responsibilities
Operate autonomously and in partnership with our Solution Sales Specialists and Account Managers to identify, qualify, and advance intricate transformation opportunities within Networking and Security. Assist in positioning technologies from leading industry partners, alongside Computacenter's core offerings of Professional Services and Networking and Security Portfolio. Participate in customer opportunity and strategy discussions to comprehend and articulate both business and technical strategies for Computacenter and the client. Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders at designated clients, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on technical strategies. Serve as an internal expert on our primary Networking and Security go-to-market propositions and advocate for these within the sales community. Contribute to the growth of the Networking and Security Solution Area and support the achievement of its sales objectives. Represent the voice of the customer in internal discussions to enhance our Portfolio of Service offerings as needed, in collaboration with the Solution Area Director. Act as a representative for Computacenter at partner boards and forums, attend relevant events and conferences, and serve as a point of technical escalation within the organization, ensuring that this knowledge is disseminated throughout the business.Additional Responsibilities and Opportunities
Influence the development of propositions and strategies for the Networking and Security Solution Area, collaborating with our Group development teams and the Office of the CTO. Engage with a diverse virtual team across Computacenter, including Professional Services, Group Managed Services, Solution Leaders, and Architects, to assist clients in accessing and procuring essential technology solutions and services. Provide insights on propositions and market trends to the Solution Sales Specialists during customer engagements for both new and existing solutions.Required Qualifications
Proven experience in managing customer relationships from a technological standpoint. Background in selling innovative and compelling Networking and Security solutions. Ability to identify and capitalize on commercial opportunities. Experience in assisting clients with procuring Professional Services alongside Technology Solutions.-
