About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join our Planned Maintenance division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our residents across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage the Tenant/Customer/Resident Liaison Service across multiple sites.
  • Attend regular client representative and tenant meetings to ensure the highest level of customer service is provided.
  • Ensure a consistent approach to customer care is adopted and maintained.
  • Manage the Tenant's Complaints procedures as a point of escalation.
  • Maintain and update the on-site Database to reflect ongoing works.

Requirements:

You must have a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle. As an experienced RLO, you will have a proven track record of successfully managing the workload across planned maintenance programmes. You will also possess strong knowledge of internal and external programmes, excellent customer service and IT skills.
