Regional Business Manager Role

As a seasoned professional, you will lead our flagship Northwest Regional Distribution Centre, driving service excellence, operational standards, and cost optimization. Your expertise will be instrumental in developing a motivated team and maintaining high morale within the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all commercial sales and operational activities, including sales, customer retention, customer growth, procurement, operations, logistics, and supply chain.
  • Create and implement a business plan for the centre in conjunction with the Director.
  • Conduct key account management duties, including strategic account reviews.
  • Analyse and communicate financial and commercial information to monitor site performance.
  • Identify and explore alternative sources of income to maximize site profitability.
  • Work collaboratively with departments and functions to promote best practice synergies.
  • Proactively manage the performance of direct reports through effective implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the recruitment process for all positions within the business.

We are seeking a talented individual with balanced experience in general site management and commercial sales leadership. Ideally, you have held a similar senior 'hybrid' role in the past and made it a success. Packaging specific experience is not essential, but experience within a fast-moving distribution business is advantageous.
