Business Development Manager

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and revenue growth for our Business Unit and Division.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Selling and promoting our range of products to meet area sales and revenue targets.
- Targeting the OEM market with a focus on fire protection products to accommodate customer solutions.
- Identifying potential customer targets and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Developing trusting and sustainable long-term relationships with key accounts.
- Establishing the technical and commercial needs of customers to provide sustainable, competitive, and value-added solutions.
- Managing commercial relationships and contracts.
- Using a CRM tool to manage pipeline activity and project follow-up.
- Working in a hybrid and flexible environment, with a focus on trust and autonomy.
