Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities- To sell and promote the company's range of products to meet area sales & revenue targets for the Business Unit and Division.
- Targeting the OEM market with a focus on fire protection products to accommodate customer solutions.
- Identify potential customer targets and be responsible for seeking out and building a pipeline of qualified opportunities. Ensuring all pipeline activity is accurately recorded and updated within CRM.
- Key Account Management, developing trusting and sustainable long-term relationships.
- Establishing the technical and commercial needs of the customer to provide sustainable, competitive, and value-added solutions.
- A commercial background preferably within the construction industry.
- Key account management skills - Building relationships – Negotiation - Contract management.
- Experience in pipeline management and project follow-up via a CRM tool (ideally Salesforce).
- Flexibility: For us, hybrid and flexible working is all about trust, and we want you to be able to do your best work (depending on the role).
