Overview:
Are you an experienced Business Development Manager seeking a chance to engage with international markets in a thriving organization?


We are collaborating with a highly successful and rapidly expanding events and communications agency based in Leeds, aiming to enhance their Business Development team.

This role offers thrilling opportunities for global travel to cultivate relationships and network with international entities.

This position involves a consultative sales approach, and we are in search of a candidate with a solid background in B2B sales, encompassing lead generation, research, pitching, and closing sales.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Networking at events both domestically and internationally
  • Managing current client relationships while actively pursuing new business prospects
  • Conducting research on potential clients and fostering enduring relationships
  • Creating and executing a business development strategy
  • Leading sales development initiatives
  • Building and maintaining successful customer relationships
  • Gaining in-depth knowledge of the sector and staying updated on market trends
  • Participating in industry events as necessary
The ideal candidate for the Business Development Manager role will possess prior experience in consultative sales and demonstrate the ability to oversee the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospective clients to finalizing sales.

  • Experience in a consultative sales role, managing the complete sales process from lead generation to closing
  • Professional demeanor, consistently exhibiting the highest level of integrity
  • Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize tasks
