Position Overview

The Client Relations Specialist plays a pivotal role in managing daily interactions with clients, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and requests.

This role involves acting as a bridge to deliver information about products and services, addressing client inquiries, ensuring precise order processing, and maintaining exceptional service standards for both internal and external stakeholders, from the initial request to the successful delivery of orders.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of communications via phone and email.
  • Process orders with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure accuracy in order entry and provide timely updates to clients and internal teams.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and departments such as Sales, Production, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance.
  • Manage documentation, respond to client inquiries, and expedite order fulfillment.
Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Strong customer service abilities, including effective phone communication and active listening.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and effectively across various levels and with diverse client personalities (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of technical specifications.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer support or service roles.
