Regularly visit golf clubs to establish and nurture strong relationships and negotiate discounts and premium services.
- Liaise with clients to book individual golf tee times and large-scale golf events.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of golf events, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience from initial booking to the day of the event.
- Collaborate closely with other company brands to promote and upsell advertising opportunities at golf venues.
- Employ a customer-oriented approach to maintain high satisfaction levels and encourage repeat business.
- Build and potentially lead a team, with a view to taking on a senior management role within this sector of the business.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to network effectively and build enduring relationships.
- Experience in event planning, client services, or a related field, preferably within the sports or hospitality industry.
- Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive and independent work style, coupled with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead when necessary.
- Proficiency in using office software and client management systems.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly to golf clubs.

**Job Description**:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Junior Client Relations Assistant to support our Client Relations and Events team. This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in the golf industry and client relations. The role offers significant opportunities for learning and rapid advancement within the company, particularly towards management roles in client relations and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in coordinating golf event logistics, including bookings and day-of-event activities.
- Support senior staff in liaising with golf clubs and clients to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Help maintain and build client relationships through effective communication and service.
- Participate in promotional activities and upselling opportunities at golf venues.
- Assist in administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and maintaining client databases.
- Learn from senior team members with the goal of taking on more responsibilities and progressing to a senior role.
